Hours after an Amtrak train derailed in Washington state, President Donald Trump took to Twitter to promote his administration's infrastructure plan. 77 people were taken to local hospitals as a result of the accident and several people were killed. While emergency crews were still sorting through the wreckage, Trump tweeted, "The train accident that just occurred in DuPont, WA shows more than ever why our soon to be submitted infrastructure plan must be approved quickly. <br />
