<p>A white SUV crashed into pedestrians outside Melbourne’s Flinders Street Station on December 21, sending at least 13 people to hospital</a> while another two people were being assessed at the scene. Victoria Police said the driver was arrested.</a></p><p>One witness told a reporter for 3AW radio</a>, “We could hear this noise, as we looked left, we saw this white car, it just mauled everybody down.
