Florida 'Porch Pirates' Make Getaway on Golf Cart

<p>Sheriff’s deputies in Hillsborough County, Florida, identified two teen “porch pirates” seen making their escape on a golf cart on December 19.</p><p>The two girls are ages 13 and 14, according to local news</a>, but their names were not reported.</p><p>Police said</a> the two girls drove down a street in Riverview on a golf cart before stopping at a home, climbing out, and removing a FedEx package containing an Apple TV streaming router, valued at $140, two USPS packages with a t-shirt, valued at $9.88, and hand balm, valued at $12.77 from the victim’s front porch.</p><p>The two teens were charged with minor theft and were sent to the Juvenile Arrest Avoidance Program because they had no prior criminal history, a news report said</a>.
