A gift-wrapped package addressed to the Treasury secretary set off a bomb scare in Bel Air.<br />According to the Los Angeles Police Department, a package was left at the home address of Secretary Steven Mnuchin, care of the American people.<br />The LAPD sent their bomb squad out to investigate the package, only to find that someone played a naughty prank on Mnuchin.<br />The gift-wrapped package was filled with horse manure.<br />It also included a Christmas card with negative comments about the administration and recent tax bill. <br />
