<p>Record snowfall</a> in Erie, Pennsylvania, continued to accumulate on Tuesday, December 26, with an additional 1.5 inches falling. More than 54 inches of snow have fallen since midnight Christmas, the National Weather Service said</a>.</p><p>The storm started around 7pm on Christmas Eve, and 56.5 inches of snow since then.
