Video from Cumbria in the northwest of England of a family enjoying a picnic in the snow.<br /><br />In the video, captured today (December 29), filmer John and his family settle down on a snowy picnic table to eat, despite the freezing temperatures.<br /><br />John's young son Jasper even made a mini-snowman on which to sit on.<br /><br />Says John in the video: "Now this is how to picnic on a snowy day in the Lake District! Guacamole, chips for dipping, ham sandwiches and Nutella sandwiches ... good company with the family and a pretty incredible view!"<br /><br />The video was filmed at a spot in the Kentmere valley, northwest of Kendal.<br /><br />According to local media, snow and icy conditions have been forecast for Cumbria as the winter cold snap continues, with the Met Office issuing a weather warning for the county.
