<p>Motorcycles were used to attack security checkpoints to the north and east of Manbij, Syria on December 29, resulting in the deaths of two people.</p><p>The first attack occurred on Friday at a northern checkpoint used by civilians and involved a motorcycle being rigged with explosives, according to reports from Xeber</a> and Hawar News Agency</a>. Two people were reportedly killed.</p><p>Kurdish news agency Furat FM reported</a> another attack occurred when a suicide bomber detonated himself at another checkpoint in the city’s east, the second attack resulted in no civilian or military casualties.</p><p>The videos show the smouldering remains of the motorcycles reportedly used in both attacks.
