<p>Fulton, New York, was under a lake-effect snow warning on Saturday, December 30. One to three more inches of snow were forecasted to fall before Monday.</p><p>The area had already received more than five feet of snow accumulatively earlier in the preceding week. The National Weather Service reported</a> in addition to the new snowfall, residents of Oswego and Cayuga counties could experience wind chills to range from -10 to -25 degrees Fahrenheit.</p><p>Ducks traveling from the Oswego River had a tough time waddling through the deep snow to one Fulton home, as seen in this video.
