Windsurfers were out on New Year's day to blow off the cobwebs, on a rough sea with strong winds at Marazion in Cornwall, southwest England, today.<br /><br />Hardy swimmers, including several pensioners, also took to the waters in nearby Penzance this afternoon for their annual New Year's Day swim.
