[How To Bear Crawl - Forward, Backward, and Laterally]<br /><br />If you don't incorporate Bear Crawls into your training, you're missing out!<br /><br />Bear Crawls are great for core and scapular stability, and if you do them long enough, they really kick your heart rate up a notch, too. <br /><br />You can include them as part of your warm-up, use them as part of your core training, or add them to a conditioning circuit.
