Amazing footage from northeastern China of a 10-metre-high frozen waterfall formed on the front of an abandoned building because of a leaking water pipe.<br /><br />In the video, shot in Anshan City in Liaoning Province on December 26, an icy waterfall has formed on the outside of the apartment block while visitors take a look.<br /><br />According to reports, a water pipe started to leak in October 2017 and no one noticed it until the water turned into a giant frozen waterfall.
