<br /> <p>Two children were killed after bullets stored illegally at a scrap metal warehouse exploded in the Vietnamese province of Bac Ninh on Wednesday, January 3.</p><p>The one-year-old boy and five-year-old girl died and eight people were injured after the explosion, Channel News Asia reported</a>. As well as destroying the warehouse, the blast decimated four homes, the news channel reported.</p><p>This video taken by an onlooker shows the rubble left by the explosion. In the clip, local residents can also be seen watching officials investigate the debris at the scene.</p><p>The owner of the bullets has been charged with “stockpiling and illegally purchasing military weapons”, Vietnamese state media site Bao Giao Thong reported</a>.
