<p>When Chris Morley proposed to his girlfriend of two years, Chelsea Newble, she quite literally could not believe it.</p><p>The couple, who notoriously play pranks on each other, were at a theme park when Chris got down on one knee and asked Chelsea to marry him. However, Chelsea immediately assumed it was a practical joke and told Chris to get up.
