According to Page Six, Matt Lauer won’t go quietly into the good night.<br /><br />They published a report claiming that the disgraced news anchor has still been firing off notes from his sofa to Today show producers and giving unsolicited feedback on the latest episodes.<br /><br />Rumor has it he even sent a producer an email recently saying he felt they used the wrong music to kick off a segment.<br /><br />And if that’s true, it’s a pretty incredible story.<br /><br />Of course, a spokesperson for NBC declined to give a comment.<br /><br />Since his unceremonious departure from the morning show, Matt has been spotted around his Hamptons estate running errands and playing golf.<br /><br />His wife of 20 years has reportedly been meeting with lawyers.<br />
