Revere residents, in the Boston area, were left stranded with icy water up to their knees during the "bomb cyclone" which hit the US north-east on January 4. <br /><br />The footage shows cars enclosed in a thick layer of ice after floodwater froze around them. <br /><br />The filmer told Newsflare residents were stuck in flooded houses which had "no power, no heat, no hot water, no electricity, and no light."<br /><br />According to reports, thousands of flights were cancelled in the regions affected by the "bomb cyclone."
