A video has emerged of a homeowner hitting the ice on a frozen swimming pool in Pensacola, Florida.<br /><br />The Arctic blast sweeping much of the United States reached the so-called "Sunshine State" on Thursday.<br /><br />It's the coldest snap Florida has experienced in years.
