Enjoy and #HappyCookingToYou. <br /> <br />Cordon Bleu Recipe in English: <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />Chicken breast 2 <br /> <br />Salt 2-3 tsp or to taste <br /> <br />Fresh ground Black Pepper 2 tsp <br /> <br />Egg 2 beaten with 2 tbsp of cold water <br /> <br />Bread Crumbs 1 cup or as required <br /> <br />Flour 1 cup and season with salt and black pepper with ½ tsp each <br /> <br />Mozzarella Cheese shredded 1/3 cup <br /> <br />Bologna Slices Or Turkey Breast Slices 4-6 <br /> <br />Oil for shallow Fry <br /> <br />Directions: <br /> <br />1- Cut the breasts from middle and flatten them using plastic wrap. Make sure it shouldn’t be flatten too much which break the tissues. <br /> <br />2- Season the pieces of chicken both sides with salt and pepper <br /> <br />3- Place the salami/turkey breast with mozzarella and roll up. You can use tooth pick to seal the edges. Repeat the process for all pieces. And refrigerate for 30 mins. <br /> <br />4- Dust in flour then egg wash coat with Bread crumbs and again refrigerate for 45-60 mins. <br /> <br />5- Fry on medium heat till outer layer changes the colour. <br /> <br />6- Lastly bake for 15-20 mins in preheated oven @ 180 C <br /> <br />7- Ready to eat with sauce <br /> <br />Sauce: <br /> <br />Onion finely chopped 1 small <br /> <br />Garlic cloves 2-3 finely chopped <br /> <br />Flour 2 tbsp <br /> <br />Oil 1 Tsp <br /> <br />Butter 1 tbsp <br /> <br />Water 1 cup <br /> <br />Fresh Coriander 3 tbsp <br /> <br />Cream ½ cup <br /> <br />Salt and black pepper to season to taste <br /> <br />Directions: <br /> <br />1- Add oil and butter in a pan.
