An extreme adventurer from Liverpool nearly decapitated himself when flying his drone from the top of a moving 4x4 in Ethiopia.<br /><br />Chris Horsley was on a filming expedition to a volcano in Erta Ale in the Afar Region of Ethiopia on October 10 when he decided to use his drone camera to capture the landscape. <br /><br />He writes: "I was on a filming expedition to the volcano (Erta Ale), the 4x4 track to the volcano is pretty wild so I decided to pop the drone up as we drove. <br /><br />"Sitting on the roof go the Land Cruiser I was piloting my drone capturing the convoy drive across the harsh landscape. Getting a little more daring I wanted to see how close I could get it to our own Land Cruiser. This was the result."
