"Once-in-a-generation" weather has left the French Alps ski resort of Tignes under more than two metres of snow. <br /><br />A British snowboarder went missing from the resort on Sunday (January 7).<br /><br />In video filmed on Monday, one man attempts to clear a huge pile of snow with a shovel. <br /><br />According to the filmer, as much as 180cm fell in 48 hours. <br /><br />The filmer works for a ski school in the mountain resort.<br /><br />++CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE: THIS VIDEO HAS BEEN LOOPED++
