A woman miraculously escapes death after being run over TWICE by the same car in eastern China.<br /><br />In the CCTV footage, captured in Lianyungang City in Jiangsu Province on December 27, 2017, a woman crosses the road on a zebra line is knocked down by an electric car turning a corner and becomes trapped underneath it.<br /><br />The driver and other passengers lift the car up together to free the woman.<br /><br />However, the car suddenly moves forward to run over the woman AGAIN after she has just been rescued.<br /><br />Local reports speculated that the cause might be because the driver's granddaughter in the car made it go by mistake or that the brakes were broken.<br /><br />The car only came to a standstill when it bumped into guardrails at the side of the road.<br /><br />Fortunately, the woman was not injured severely.
