<p>Firefighters in Elkview, West Virginia, pulled a man from an SUV submerged in water on January 12 after heavy rain brought flooding to the area.</p><p>This footage was shared by the Pinch Volunteer Fire Department and shows the rescue at Little Sandy Creek in Elkview. Local reports said</a> the man tried to cross the flooded area and was swept away.
