<br /> <p>Prospective students gathered outside the gates of the University of South Africa’s Sunnyside campus in Pretoria on January 15 after it was announced that late applications would be reopened.</p><p>However, chaotic scenes ensued as the university kept gates closed and only allowed in 20 students at a time to register. As a result, a number of people could be seen climbing over the fences around the campus.</p><p>A deadline of January 19 has been set for registration.
