<p>First responders in Antwerp pulled 14 people from the rubble of buildings destroyed by an explosion late on Monday, January 15.</p><p>Local newspaper Gazet van Antwerpen</a> reported that the blast destroyed structures near Italian restaurant Primavera in the Paardenmarkt area of the city. Police said they were not treating the explosion as a terrorist incident and one of the injured was in a critical condition and five were seriously wounded.
