Belgium and Paris canceled their New Year's Eve firework show fearing a militant attack. The rest of Europe will ring in 2016 in subdued fashion on Friday. There will be increased security in Paris, Berlin's Brandenburg Gate and Moscow's Red Square.<br /><br />James Valles reporting
