Chileans camp ahead of highly anticipated pope mass

Several thousand Catholic followers, some wrapped in blankets, await during the night Pope Francis' mass that is to be celebrated at the O'Higgins park in Santiago, on the first of a six day tour of Chile and Peru.<br />
