<p>Scotland was blanketed by heavy snow, up to a foot deep</a> in some areas, on January 17, causing widespread disruption throughout the county.</p><p>The snow was no match for Sandy Bell, however. She was up before sunrise clearing paths and stacking logs outside her parents’ house in Newtown St Boswells.</p><p>Twitter use @Joaaaaj shared the video after her mother sent it to her in a group chat.
