<p>Hawaii resident Tracy Mullen captured video of a humpback whale breaching in front of her boat off Kewalo Basin Harbor in Honolulu on January 16.</p><p>Mullen told Storyful she was out on a boat with the company she works for when she and her colleagues saw whales in the distance.</p><p>The group decided to put the boat’s engine on neutral to have a closer look. The crew saw what appeared to be a mother humpback whale and her calf swimming leisurely on the surface.</p><p>At first, only the calf’s fin can be seen but after a few moments, the mother whale jumps within feet of the boat.
