An impressively fit 85-year-old woman was filmed on Tuesday taking a dip in a partially frozen lake in northern China.<br /><br />The video was shot in Changchun City in Jilin Province on January 16.<br /><br />The swimmer, Lu Hailian, told reporters that cold water swimming was "very good" for her health and that she normally heads to the gym straight afterwards.
