<p>A number of Alberta residents reported seeing a large fireball in the sky over northern parts of the province on January 17, CBC reported</a>.</p><p>The Edmonton Journal said</a> that experts believed the flash was caused by a meteor breaking up in the sky, and called on anyone with footage to come forward.</p><p>This dashcam footage was recorded in the Fort Saskatchewan area at 5.21 pm.
