It appears Mike “the Situation” Sorrentino has had a change of heart.<br /><br />It was only days ago when it was reported that the former Jersey Shore star rejected a plea deal in his tax evasion case and was staring at a possible 20 years in prison.<br /><br />Well, according to reports, Mike and his brother have accepted some deal and plead guilty to tax evasion.<br /><br />The former reality TV star is being charged with tax evasion, structuring funds, and falsifying records. <br /><br />If convicted, Mike could face a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison for each count and another five years in prison for the tax evasion charge.<br /><br />The brothers also face a statutory max sentence of five years in prison on the conspiracy count, plus a period of supervised release, restitution, and monetary penalties.<br /><br />Yep… talk about a situation all right.<br />
