Today's video is for simple shortbread cookies to take with you for Christmas parties or family gatherings. Enjoy<br /><br />Recipe:<br /><br />1 lb (brick) of butter or 2 cups<br />1 cup of sugar<br />2 tsps of Vanilla<br />4 Cups of flour<br /><br />Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy<br />Add vanilla and mix for a few seconds.<br />Add flour and incorporate everything together.<br /><br />Roll dough out and cut into whatever shape you want.<br /><br />place on a parchment lined cookkie sheet and put into a 350 degree oven for 10-12 mins or until edges are golden brown.
