City above the clouds: Time-lapse shows dense fog in China's Shenyang

This whole city in northern China's Liaoning Province is completely shrouded in heavy fog.<br /><br />The time-lapse video, captured on January 18, shows skyscrapers in Shenyang poking through the gloom.
