A speeding car has ploughed into pedestrians on Copacabana's beach promenade in Rio de Janeiro, killing a baby and injuring at least 15 people.<br /><br />Aftermath footage, captured on Thursday night by somebody on the beach, shows victims lying on the sand and first responders on the scene.<br /><br />According to reports, the accident was not terror-related.<br /><br />++CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE: THIS VIDEO HAS BEEN LOOPED++
