A security camera in Dranesville, Virginia has captured the dramatic moment a van smashed through a garden fence into a parked truck.<br /><br />According to the owner of the truck, the accident caused more than 20-thousand dollars of damage to his home and vehicle but he has recouped only a tiny fraction of that money because the owner of the vehicle had no insurance.<br /><br />The incident took place in 2016 but the video has only recently surfaced online.
