<p>Phil Bleiler</a> and Jessica Ruoss</a> from Manheim, Pennsylvania, are engaged and expecting a baby. With the pair deciding they wanted to know the sex of their impending arrival, Bleiler’s colleagues at the Manheim Fire Department decided to help out.</p><p>In footage shared on January 20, a Manheim Fire Department truck is called into action as colored water is used to indicate whether Bleiler and Ruoss are expecting a boy or girl.
