In a second video, a firework is set off in the road amid applause from onlookers.</p><p>Police conducted extra patrols and set up barricades on Broad Street to control the huge crowd, Fox News reported</a>. The Philadelphia Mayor’s Office released a statement asking football fans to celebrate in a “safe and respectful way”.</p><p>“Let’s celebrate with the same pride in our City that the players have shown throughout this astonishing season,” it said.
