Catelynn Lowell is heading back to rehab only weeks after leaving treatment. The Teen Mom OG star revealed over Twitter that she’s getting help for the third time.<br /><br />“Well they say third time’s a charm,” Lowell, 25, tweeted. “I’m going back to treatment people for 6 weeks to work on my trauma and getting on different meds.”<br /><br />She explained how she is seeking help for "childhood trauma."<br /><br />She then praised her husband Tyler Baltierra for his support.<br /><br />experiencing suicidal thoughts.<br /><br />She exclusively told Radar when she entered treatment, “I’m taking the time I need right now to take good care of myself.
