Amber Portwood's baby daddy Gary Shirley accused her of not paying him child support – and she owes Uncle Sam too! RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the Teen Mom OG star has a deep tax debt.<br /><br />As Radar previously reported, Portwood was hit with a federal tax lien filed on February 19, 2016 for $134,919,21.<br /><br />"There is a tax, but no release," the Clerk of Court for Madison County Court in Indiana exclusively told Radar of the debt, which she has yet to pay off.<br /><br /><br /><br />The lien comes after Portwood's ex-fiancé accused her of owing him child support.<br /><br />"She owes me $9,600," Shirley told his wife Kristina Anderson. "Amber is not there. She is a come and go kind of mom. I don't think her head is in kid mode."<br /><br />Portwood told him that she has the money and would set up a payment plan.<br /><br />On the episode of Teen Mom OG, Portwood explained how her ex-fiancé Matt Baier stole $120,000 from her before their split.<br /><br />But the debt comes as a shock, as Radar reported that Portwood earns $25,0000 per episode of TMOG.<br /><br /><br /><br />Portwood's new boyfriend and baby daddy Andrew Glennon has debt of his own.<br /><br />In court papers obtained from the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder, collection service Sequoia Concepts INC. hit Glennon, 33, with a judgment for $8,969.08 on January 8, 2008.<br /><br />As of August, Glennon had yet to pay off the outstanding debt.<br /><br />Does her debt surprise you?
