Morgan Freeman was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award at Sunday's Screen Actors Guild Awards.<br /><br />The 80-year-old icon received a standing ovation from the star-studded audience at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.<br /><br />And during his acceptance speech, Freeman admitted he'd never remember all the names of the people he needed to thank.<br /><br />The Hollywood star - who arrived at the bash with his family and friends - said: "These moments in your life, usually will call for a entire litany of thank you’s. I can't do that because I don't know all of your names so I won't try."<br /><br />Freeman was presented with his award by Rita Moreno, who he first met when they worked together on 1971 children's series 'The Electric Company'.<br /><br />She hailed her former co-star as a "national treasure."<br />
