Butter Paneer Masala Recipe By Shweta's Flavours<br /><br />It's a very quick and easy recipe with very less ingredients.<br /><br />Panner 200 gms<br /><br />Onion 1 chopped<br /><br />Tomato 1 chopped<br /><br />4 green chillies chopped<br /><br />Ginger garlic crushed 2 tsp<br /><br />Ghee 2 tsp<br /><br />Fresh coriander chopped<br /><br />Haldi pwd 1 tsp<br /><br />salt 1 tsp<br /><br />chili flakes 1 tsp<br /><br />Kitchen king masala 1 tsp<br /><br />water 1 glass<br /><br />Butter 2tsp optional<br /><br />Method:<br /><br /><br />Heat ghee in a pan and add chopped onion and saute<br /><br />Add chopped tomato and as it becomes tender add crushed ginger garlic paste<br /><br />Now add all dry masalas and then add water<br /><br />Cover with lid for 15 mins till all water evaporates<br /><br />Add fresh coriander and stir<br /><br />Add paneer cubes and again cover for 2 mins<br /><br />Tts ready to serve<br /><br /><br />
