The latest in a string of high-profile porn star deaths, actress Olivia Nova (real name: Lexi Forte) died on January 7 at the age of 20 in Las Vegas. Olivia Lua (real name: Olivia Voltaire) was found dead on January 18 at a California Rehab facility.
