This is why you always need a gym buddy when lifting heavy weights.<br /><br />This guy was a the gym entirely alone in Seoul, South Korea on Tuesday and attempted to bench press 115 kilos. <br /><br />The set started well but he didn't have the strength to complete the fifth rep and had to bring the bar down on his chest, pinning himself to the bench.<br /><br />With no-one at the gym to help, he was left struggling for several moments with the heavy weights squeezing the breath out of his body.<br /><br />Eventually, he managed to slide one side of the bar off his abdomen onto the floor and then wriggle out. <br /><br />"I was alone at the gym. I almost died," the man wrote online.
