<p>Fiona the hippopotamus celebrated her first birthday at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Gardens on Wednesday, January 24, with a cake made of fruit. It followed a party held at the zoo on Saturday.</p><p>She had the cake, bamboo decorations to snack on, and a mural of her zoo friends wishing her a happy birthday.</p><p>Fiona was born six weeks early</a> at just 29 pounds and couldn’t walk. The normal birth weight for a hippo is 55-120 pounds.
