Islamic State militants have killed at least three people and wounded more than 25 others in an attack on the aid agency Save The Children in eastern Afghanistan. <br /> Officials say a vehicle packed with explosives was detonated outside the charity's office in Jalalabad on Wednesday. <br />Several men then stormed the office with AK-47s and rocket-propelled grenades. <br />All the attackers were said to have been killed after an hours-long gun battle with Afghan security forces. <br />Save The Children said it has temporarily suspended all of its operations in the country, adding it will resume aid work after it is safe to do so. <br />
