South Korean chipmaker SK Hynix posted record high profits in the fourth quarter, with demand for the company's chips remaining firm.<br /> SK Hynix says its annual sales reached 28 billion U.S. dollars and net profits were nine billion dollars.<br />Operating profits reached around 13 billion dollars, up over 300 percent compared to the year before,... a record high. <br />The company says the strong profits were the result of strong demand for server products and price hikes for mobile products. <br />SK Hynix says it will expand technology mostly in server and SSD products to meet growing market demand. <br />
