<p>Police in Pelham, New Hampshire, said a driver was cited for a “hands free” violation and negligent driving on January 24 after she lost control of her vehicle and narrowly missed a telephone poll because she was texting while driving.</p><p>This incident on Marsh Road was caught on camera by Pelham police, who later posted this footage to Facebook and said the driver faced over $400 in fines.
