<p>The Susquehanna River flowed slowly past Pittston and West Pittston, Pennsylvania, for several minutes on January 24 as the ice jam threatening flooding broke up.</p><p>The photographer of this footage said the flow stopped again shortly after he finished filming.</p><p>West Pittston Police released a statement</a> alerting the public to the potential for serious flooding and mandated a 9pm curfew for the town on January 24.
