At least three people have been killed in northern Italy after a commuter train derailed near Milan on Thursday. <br /> Around 10 people are also said to have been seriously injured as the Trenord train went off the tracks near Pioltello Limito Station during morning rush hour. <br />Rescue teams worked for hours to pull people out of the wrecked carriages.<br />The exact cause of the accident is not yet clear, but a collapsed rail track is under investigation. <br />Survivors said the train was shaking heavily before it derailed. <br />
