<br /> <p>A huge storm caused alarm when it swept into Resistencia in the northern Argentinian province of Chaco on the afternoon of Tuesday, January 23.</p><p>Social media users speculated that the swirling, circular, cloud was a tornado but forecaster Andrés Durán told local newspaper Diario Chaco</a> it was merely a large cumulonimbus cloud.
