<p>A man shoveled garbage on the side of the road in Port Arthur, Texas, on January 27, after a rainstorm caused the streets to flood and swept debris into the drainage system.</p><p>The young boy filming this video can be heard calling on the town of Port Arthur to pick up the trash. “It’s been a hassle every time it rains,” he says. “Our ditch gets clogged and it gets this bad out here.”</p><p>“And that’s not even our trash,” he adds.</p><p>In a Facebook post, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said</a> there was flooding in multiple areas of Port Arthur, and warned drivers to stay off the roads to prevent water from entering homes.</p><p>“Many of these homes still have debris in front of their house and in their ditches due to Hurricane Harvey,” the Sheriff’s office added.</p><p>Port Arthur was one of the areas hardest hit by Hurricane Harvey, where nearly the entire town</a> experienced catastrophic flooding.
